The Commission has received the following application:

Application (200017039) by ROGERS BROADCASTING LIMITED, 777 Jarvis Street, Toronto, Ontario, M4Y 3B7. This application is a request to amend the broadcasting licence of radio station CHYM-FM Kitchener, by increasing the average effective radiated power from 74,000 to 100,000 watts.
The proposed change results from optimization of the transmitting antenna pattern and would improve CHYM-FM's signal coverage in the Burlington-Hamilton area.
