The Commission has received the following application:

HOLLOW WATER INDIAN RESERVE, Manitoba
Application (199911524) by NATIVE COMMUNICATION INC., 76 Severn Crescent, Thompson, Manitoba, R8N 1M6.
The licensee proposes to add a transmitter at Hollow Water Indian Reserve operating on the frequency 93.5 MHz (channel 228 LP)with an effective radiated power of 23.1 watts.
The proposal would require an amend- ment to the broadcasting licence for CINC-FM Thompson.

Intervention
