	Northwestel Inc. – Implementation of toll competition and review of regulatory framework, quality of service and related matters – Amendment to PN 99-21

1.	On 1 October 1999, the Commission issued Northwestel Inc. – Implementation of toll competition and review of regulatory framework, quality of service and related matters, Telecom Public Notice CRTC 99-21, wherein the Commission stated its intention to conduct two regional consultations at Whitehorse, Yukon, in the Town Hall Room of the Best Western Gold Rush Inn, one starting at 8:30 a.m. and a second starting at 4:30 p.m. on 12 June 2000, and to hold an oral hearing commencing at 9:30 a.m. on 13 June 2000 at the same location.
2.	The date of the regional consultations has been changed to 13 June 2000. The starting times and the location remain the same. The date for the oral hearing has been changed to 14 June 2000, and it will now commence at 1:30 p.m. at the same location.
3.	Video links for the regional consultations will still be provided by Northwestel at the locations previously listed.
