Dear Sir:

This is in reference to your application dated 19 December 2000 to amend the broadcasting licence for the television programming undertaking CIVM-TV Montréal, Québec.

The Commission has reviewed your application and approved the amendment to the licence for CIVM-TV Montréal, Quebec to decrease the effective radiated power of CIVA-TV Val d'Or, Quebec from 130,600 watts to 104,500 watts.

The Commission authorizes the licensee to operate the undertaking on the basis of the contour and particulars resulting from the above amendment.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
