Licence renewals for CBPA, CBPA-1, CBPA-2, CBPB, CBPB-1 and CBPB-2

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licences for CBPA, CBPA-1, CBPA-2, CBPB, CBPB-1 and CBPB-2 Jasper National Park (Athabasca Falls and Maligne Canyon), from 1 September 2001 to 31 August 2008, subject to the conditions specified in this decision and in the licences to be issued.

It is a condition of each licence that each station be used solely to broadcast natural and cultural history information and traffic control information to visitors to the national park in which each station is located.

The Commission notes that this licensee is subject to the Employment Equity Act and therefore files reports concerning employment equity with Human Resources Development Canada.
