RE: APPROVAL -- Application No. 2000-2335-9
Canadian Broadcasting Corporation
CBZ-FM - Fredericton/Saint John, New Brunswick
Decrease in Power and Increase in Antenna Height

Dear Mrs. Morry:

This is further to your application received at the Commission to amend the broadcasting licence of the radio programming undertaking CBH-FM Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CBH-FM Halifax, Nova Scotia by both decreasing the effective radiated power from 100,000 watts to 81,000 watts and by increasing the antenna height of its transmitter CBZ-FM Fredericton/Saint John, New Brunswick.

The Commission authorizes the licensee to operate the undertaking on the basis of the contours and particulars resulting from the above-mentioned changes.

The Commission requires you to append this decision to the licence of your undertaking or, in the case where a licence has not yet been issued, to the original decision granting you a licence.

Yours sincerely,

Ursula Menke
Secretary General
