Modification of coverage contour

Dear Sir:

This is in reference to your application of 5 July 2001 to modify the coverage contour of station CJDS-FM St-Pamphile, following the relocation of the antenna site.

The Commission reviewed your application and is pleased to inform you that it approves the application for the modification.

This approval is conditional upon receiving within six (6) months of the date of this decision, a written notice from Industry Canada, that it is prepared to amend your broadcasting certificate in accordance with your application.

In accordance with section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the above-mentioned modification will only be valid when the Department of Industry certifies to the Commission that technical requirements have been met and that a broadcasting certificate has been or will be issued.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
