Residential Canada unlimited plans

The Commission approves O.N.Telcom's request to modify its residential unlimited plans as follows:

· reduce per-minute rates for direct dialed calls within Canada and the United States for both business and residential customers;

· eliminate the monthly surcharge for customers who are not on a pre-authorized payment plan; and

· increase the discounts available on overseas calling from 20 to 40%.

O.N.Telcom filed the application on 15 June 2001 to revise item 3116 of its General Tariff.

The revisions take effect on 1 September 2001.
