Dear Ms. Bell:

Re: Application 2001-1126-1 - approved - Global Television Network Inc. on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated, for a category 1 specialty service to be known as "Mystery"

The Commission approves the above-noted application for authority to transfer the ownership from the company to be incorporated to the partners of a general partnership. The partners will hold the following interests: Global Television Networks Inc., 45.05%; Groupe TVA inc., 45.05%; and Rogers Broadcasting Limited, 9.9%. Global Television Networks Inc. and Groupe TVA inc. will jointly control the service.

The Commission will modify its ownership records to reflect the authorized ownership of Mystery as detailed above.

All letters of approval issued by the Commission are made available for public examination at the Commission's central office. The Commission also requires you to append this letter to your licence.
