Decision CRTC 2001-759

Ottawa, 17 December 2001

Mr. Paul Vincent
General Manager
Tri-Co Broadcasting Limited
P.O. Box 969
Cornwall, ON K6H 5V1

Dear Sir:

Re: Application: 2001-1258-2 - Approval
Extension of Time Limit to May 22, 2002
Tri-Co Broadcasting Limited (CJSS-FM) Cornwall, ON

We are pleased to inform you that the Commission approves your request for an extension of time limit to implement the technical amendment (power decrease) for CJSS-FM at Cornwall.

The Commission grants an extension of time limit to May 22, 2002 to implement this amendment.

This extension does not, of course, relieve you of your responsibility to implement this authority at the earliest possible date.

Should the implementation not be completed within the period stipulated in this decision or, should the Commission refuse to approve any further extension requested by you, the licence would not be amended.

Consequently, you are required to inform the Commission in writing once it is completed, at which time the Commission will amend the licence.

The Commission requires you to append this decision to CJSS-FM's licence.

Sincerely,

Ursula Menke
Secretary General
