Intra-corporate reorganization of Rogers SportsNet Inc.

The Commission approves the above noted application for authority to effect an intra-corporate reorganization of Rogers SportsNet Inc. ("SportsNet"), a national specialty service. The corporate change will be effected through Rogers Broadcasting Limited acquiring all the issued and outstanding shares of Rogers Sports Group Inc. from Rogers Communications Inc.

The authorized ownership of SportsNet is as shown in the attached appendix.
