Relocation of transmitter

1.

The Commission approves the application by Focus Entertainment Group Inc. to amend the broadcasting licence for CFBT-FM Vancouverby relocating the transmitter to a site less than .02 km from the original site on Mount Seymour in Vancouver.

2.

This approval is conditional upon the receipt of Industry Canada's written notice that it will amend the Broadcasting Certificate. The notice must be received within six (6) months of today's date.

3.

Failure to meet this requirement will cause this authority to expire and become null and void.
