Deadline to commence operations

The Commission approves the application by Musique Plus Inc. for an extension of the time limit to commence operation of its French-language Category 1 national specialty television service, authorized in Perfecto, La Chaîne, Decision CRTC 2000-466, 14 December 2000.

The licence for this undertaking will be issued once the licensee has informed the Commission in writing that it is prepared to commence operations. This undertaking must be operational no later than 30 September 2003, unless a request for a further extension of time is approved by the Commission before this date. In order to ensure that such a request is processed in a timely manner, it should be submitted at least 60 days before this date.
