Correction

1.

The Commission hereby corrects an error made in CJOJ-FM Belleville - Technical amendment, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2002-333, 23 October 2002. Paragraph 3 of the decision incorrectly stated that approval of the Commission was not required for the relocation of CJOJ-FM's transmitter.

2.

Paragraph 1 of the decision should have read as follows:

The Commission approves the application by Belleville Radio Limited to relocate the transmitter of the radio programming undertaking CJOJ-FM Belleville to a site near Oak Lake, approximately 25 kilometres west of the existing site, and to decrease the effective radiated power of the station from 50,000 watts to 42,000 watts.
