Extension of service area

1.

The Commission approves the application by Télédistribution Amos inc. to change the authorized service area of its cable distribution undertaking serving Saint-Félix-de-Dalquier, by including the village of Saint-Dominique-du-Rosaire, as indicated on the map attached to the application.

2.

This approval is conditional upon the receipt by the Commission, within twelve (12) months from the date of this decision, of written notice from the Department of Industry that it is prepared to amend the licensee's broadcasting certificate. If a written notice is not received within the prescribed period, this approval will become null and void.

3.

The licensee must inform the Commission of the date of implementation in the extended area of its authorized service.
