SmartTouch services

The Commission approves the application by Bell Canada, dated 1 March 2002, to add GeneralTariffitem2221, Flex Bundles. This service will enable eligible single line residence customers to customize and easily make changes to their own SmartTouch services and maintenance plans based on their changing needs.

Flex Bundles will provide customers with a bundle consisting of their residential access line and the choice of either six calling features or five calling features and a maintenance plan.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The revisions take effect as of 29 April 2002.
