Common channel signalling 7 transit service

The Commission approves the application by the Canadian Alliance of Publicly-Owned Telecommunications Systems (CAPTS), on behalf of Thunder Bay Telephone, dated 20 February 2002, and amended on 4 March 2002, to add General Tariff section 5001, CCS7 Transit Service, in order to provide for the exchange of CCS7 messages between a CAPTS company's CCS7 network and the networks of other interexchange carriers service providers, as applicable.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
