The Commission approves on a final basis the application by Cochrane Public Utilities Commission, dated 22 January 2002, to revise Carrier Access Tariff section 630, in order to add a charge for recovery of equal access start-up costs and charges and conditions for interconnecting circuits with trunk-side access, network charges and carrier network profile change. |

The application was approved on an interim basis in Order Telecom CRTC 2002-90, 19 February 2002. |

|
The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
