North Frontenac Telephone Corporation Ltd.
Reference: Tariff notices 21 and 21A

Residential primary exchange service

The Commission approves the application by North Frontenac Telephone Corporation Ltd. (North Frontenac), dated 1 April 2002 and amended on 18 April 2002, to revise General Tariff item 4 of section 100, Rate Schedules for Primary Exchange (Local) Service, in order to increase the rates for residential individual line service as a result of adjustments for inflation. North Frontenac also proposed to increase the rates for 2-party and 4-party service by $4.15.

These revisions are in accordance with the Commission's Decision CRTC 2001-756, 14 December 2001.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

North Frontenac is to issue forthwith revised tariff pages to reflect these changes.
