Interconnection agreement between local exchange carriers

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 17 June 2002, for approval of the executed Master Agreement for Interconnection (the agreement) between Bell Canada and Vidéotron Télécom ltée (Vidéotron).

2.

The agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the provision of local interconnection facilities and termination service between Bell Canada's and Vidéotron's networks. The agreement also replaces the interim agreement filed by Bell Canada.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application.
