Residential and business primary exchange services |

The Commission received an application by Execulink Telecom Inc. (Execulink Telecom), dated 25 March 2002 and amended on 10 May 2002, to revise its General Tariff item 4, Rate Schedules for Primary Exchange (Local) Service, under section 100, |

|
- residential PES by $0.30; |

|
- business PES by $0.61; |
||
|
- private branch exchange trunk services (Port Franks) by $0.43; |
||
|
- private branch exchange trunk services (Thedford) by $0.41. |
||

Execulink Telecom has indicated that its residential PES rates now include Touch-Tone service. |

The revisions result from adjustments for inflation and are in accordance with Regulatory framework for the small incumbent telephone companies, Decision CRTC 2001-756, 14 December 2001. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the applications. |
|
|
5. |
The Commission approves Execulink Telecom's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
