Telecom Order CRTC 2002-389

Ottawa, 2 October 2002

Northern Telephone Limited Partnership

Reference: Tariff notice 177

Integrated voice messaging service

1.

The Commission received an application by Northern Telephone Limited Partnership (Northern), dated 12 August 2002, to revise item 14, Integrated Voice Messaging Service (IVMS), under section N490 of its General Tariff, in order to re-instate the call forwarding arrangements items at a monthly rate of $1.50 for residential customers and $3.05 for business customers.

2.

Northern noted that, in Telecom Order CRTC 96-162, 22 February 1996, the Commission had approved IVMS, which included certain call forwarding arrangements. Northern indicated that the call forwarding arrangement items had been inadvertently removed when it filed amendments to its IMVS tariff page.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Northern's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

5.

Northern is to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect this change.
