Execulink Telecom Inc.

ValuePac Basic bundle

1.

The Commission received an application by Execulink Telecom Inc. (Execulink Telecom), dated 19 September 2002, in order to add the ValuePac Basic bundle in items 7.04 and 7.05 of section 490 of its General Tariff.

In its application, Execulink Telecom indicated that ValuePac Basic was a bundled service consisting of Call Display and Call Answer. This package would be available to residential customers at a monthly rate of $9.95. Residential customers who subscribe to ValuePac Basic would also be able to obtain Call Waiting, Call Return and Ident-a-Call at a discounted rate of $2.00 per month for each item.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves Execulink Telecom's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
