Non-material changes to the Special Assembly Tariff

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 26 September 2002, to withdraw a number of items from the former TCI Special Assembly Tariff and the former TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. Special Assembly Tariff.

2.

TCI noted that the items it was proposing to withdraw related to services where either the initial service periods had expired and the customers had terminated service or, the customer service contracts were terminated prior to the expiry of the associated initial service period.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
