Transfer of tariff items

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 18 October 2002, to transfer the Special Assembly Tariff of the former TCI and the former TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. to TCI Special Facilities Tariff.

TCI also proposed to withdraw the following items:

- the former TCI Special Assembly Tariff item D-315, Switched 56 Service Extension, as there were no customers for this service;

- the former TCI Special Assembly Tariff item D-1100, Large Capacity Digital Network Service, which had expired; and

- the former TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. Special Assembly Tariff item 6515, Digital Area Network Special Assembly, which had expired.

TCI noted that it is not proposing any changes to the rates, terms and conditions of the tariffs contained in this application.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
