The Commission approves Northwestel's request that calls placed to Russia and Greenland using the company's prepaid calling cards during the month of March 2002, be rated at $0.50 per minute. |

Northwestel filed the application on 19 December 2001 to revise item 1732 of its General Tariff. |

The revisions take effect as of 1 March 2002. |
