Administrative renewal

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the national direct-to-home distribution undertaking operated by Bell ExpressVu Limited Partnership (ExpressVu), from 1 September 2003 to 29 February 2004, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence.

The Commission intends to issue a public notice with respect to ExpressVu's licence renewal as soon as practicable. This decision does not dispose of any substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence and interested parties will have an opportunity to comment on the renewal application at the appropriate time.
