Deadline to commence operations

1.

The Commission approves the application by Natotawin Broadcasting Inc. for an extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the new transmitter of CJLR-FM La Ronge, authorized in Addition of a transmitter of CJLR-FM La Ronge at Denare Beach, Decision CRTC 2001-744, 5 December 2001.

The Commission notes that this is the licensee's second request for an extension to implement its authority.

The transmitter must be operational at the earliest possible date and in any event no later than 29 August 2003, unless a request for an extension of time is approved by the Commission before this date. In order to ensure that such a request is processed in a timely manner, it should be submitted at least 60 days before this date.
