CBPZ Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal - Licence renewal

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence (Tourist/Weather/Traffic information/Environment Canada) for the radio programming undertaking CBPZ Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal, from 1 September 2003 to 31 August 2010.

2.

The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.

3.

The licence will be subject to the conditions set out in the licence to be issued as well as to the following condition of licence:
 

The licensee shall ensure that the undertaking is used solely to broadcast information on marine and local weather conditions, ferry scheduling, parking and other pertinent matters.
