CFNS-FM Amherst - Licence renewal
|

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the English-language low-power FM radio programming undertaking CFNS-FM Amherst, from 1 September 2003 to 31 August 2010.
|
|
2.
|
The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.
|
|
3.
|
The licence will be subject to the conditions specified therein and to the following conditions of licence:
|
|
|
- The station shall be used solely to broadcast pre-recorded public service information for the purpose of attracting visitors to the Central Nova Scotia Tourist Information Centre.
|
|
|
- The licensee shall broadcast no more than six minutes of advertising material per clock hour.
|
|
