CFNS-FM Amherst - Licence renewal

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the English-language low-power FM radio programming undertaking CFNS-FM Amherst, from 1 September 2003 to 31 August 2010.

2.

The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.

3.

The licence will be subject to the conditions specified therein and to the following conditions of licence:
 
  • The station shall be used solely to broadcast pre-recorded public service information for the purpose of attracting visitors to the Central Nova Scotia Tourist Information Centre.
 
  • The licensee shall broadcast no more than six minutes of advertising material per clock hour.
