CJAN-FM Asbestos - Technical change

1.

The Commission approves the application by Radio Plus B.M.D. inc. to change the authorized contours of the radio programming undertaking CJAN-FM Asbestos as a result of an increase in the effective radiated power (ERP) from 6,000 watts to 11,100 watts.

2.

The licensee stated that the increase in the ERP will result in a better quality signal to listeners located in the area of Asbestos and Danville, who are currently experiencing poor reception of CJAN-FM.

3.

The Commission notes that the ERP increase will change the channel class from 257A to 257B1.
