On 31 October 2003, the Commission received an application from the City of Calgary (Joint Applicant - Municipalities) requesting the assignment of 3-1-1 for non-emergency municipal government services in Canada. Comments have been received by the Commission and will also be available via the above noted link. Parties wishing to submit comments may do so by 19 December 2003, serving a copy on the applicant. Parties that have already filed comments may file supplemental comments with the Commission by 19 December 2003, serving a copy on the applicant.

The applicant may file reply comments by 9 January 2004, with the Commission.

Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date.
