  Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2003-7 dated 31 July 2003 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 29 September 2003 at 9:00 a.m at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces the following:
  THE FOLLOWING ITEM IS WITHDRAWN FROM THE PUBLIC HEARING SINCE THE COMMISSION HAS NOT BEEN ADVISED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRY THAT THE APPLICATION IS TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE

  Application by the LAKEHEAD UNIVERSITY STUDENT UNION, on behalf of a non-profit corporation to be incorporated as LU CAMPUS RADIO, for a licence to operate an English-language FM developmental community-based campus radio station in Thunder Bay.
