Call Forward Busy/No Answer functionality

1.

The Commission received an application by MTS Communications Inc. (MTS), dated 3 April 2003, to transfer the Call Forward Busy/No Answer functionality, that is to be made available to competitors, from item 325 of its Supplementary Tariff Access Services For Interconnection With Carriers and Other Service Providers to item 2143 of its General Tariff. In its application, the company also proposes to withdraw tariff item 325.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves MTS' application. MTS is to assign this service as a Category 1 Competitor Services in the Other Services sub-category. The mark-up reduction and the I-X pricing constraint at the rate element level are to apply. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
