TELUS Communications Inc.

Migration of TELUS' tariffs

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 6 November 2002 and amended on 9 December 2002, to migrate the TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. Special Assembly Tariff (CRTC 1020) to the TCI Special Facilities Tariff (CRTC 21463).

TCI submitted that the proposed migration will have no impact on the rates, terms and conditions of the tariffs, and the revisions are primarily of a housekeeping nature.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
