Customer-specific operator services

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 16 July 2003, to introduce Special Facilities Tariff item 219, Customer Specific Operator Services, in order to provide for an Operator Services arrangement that meets the specific requirements of a single large customer application.

2.

TCI submitted that the proposed special facilities service passes the imputation test.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission finds that TCI's application complies with the conditions established by the Commission for customer-specific tariffs.

5.

The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
