The Commission receivedan application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 24 July 2003, to amend the references to the URLs or web site addresses where the company's tariffs can be located as set out in the following Tariff subscription services:

· Aliant Telecom General Tariff item 122;
|
|
|
· Island Telecom Inc. General Tariff item 5;
|
|
|
· Maritime Tel & Tel Limited General Tariff item 4;
|
|
|
· NBTel Inc. General Tariff item 25 and Special Services Tariff item 1002;
|
|
|
· NewTel Communications Inc. General Tariff item 30; and
|
|
|
· Atlantic Provinces Telecommunications Council's Regional Services
Tariff item 10.

|
The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.
|
|
|
The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
