The Commission received an application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel), dated 27 June 2003 and amended on 17 July 2003, to revise General Tariff item 69.4, Terms of Service, in order to add a list of the acceptable methods for obtaining express consent for the disclosure of confidential customer information, as directed in Confidentiality provisions of Canadian carriers, Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-33, 30 May 2003, as amended by Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-33-1, 11 July 2003.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves SaskTel's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
