TELUS Communications Inc.

Extended area service

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 5 September 2003, to revise the former TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. General Tariff item 30, Exchanges, in order to reflect the two-way extended area service for the Kyuquot and Zeballos exchanges.

2.

The proposed revisions will have no impact on the rates or how the service is provided.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
