Sogetel inc.

Interest paid on customer deposits

1.

The Commission received an application by Sogetel inc. (Sogetel), dated 29 September 2003, to revise General Tariff item 1.2.7.5, Deposits and Alternatives, in order to modify the interest rate paid on customer deposits from an 8% annual rate, payable monthly, to a rate pegged to the monthly rate of savings account of the National Bank.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves Sogetel's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

4.

Sogetel is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes.
