General Tariff

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell West Inc. (Bell West), dated 27 January 2003, to introduce General Tariff Part F, Interim Tariffs for services provided in Related Companies Territories, item 601, Business Individual or Single Line Access Services and Multi-Line Access, item 602, Digital Switched Services, item 603, Direct Inward Dialing Access Service (DID), item 604, Centrex Services, item 605, Digital Network Access Service, item 606, Managed Digital Private Line Service, item 607, Digital Private Line Solution Service Extension Features and item 608, Customer Volume Pricing Plan (CVPP), in order to reflect the Commission's modifications to the affiliate rule in Regulatory safeguards with respect to incumbent affiliates, bundling by Bell Canada and related matters, Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-76, 12 December 2002.

The Commission approves on an interim basis Bell West's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
