La Compagnie de Téléphone de Warwick

Interest paid on customer deposits

1.

The Commission received an application by La Compagnie de Téléphone de Warwick (Warwick), dated 18 October 2003, to revise General Tariff item 1.2.7, Deposits and Alternatives, in order to modify the rate for paying interest to customer deposits to a rate pegged to the rates for one-year term deposits by La Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec.

2.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

3.

The Commission approves Warwick's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of 1 December 2003.

4.

Warwick is to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect this change.
