  Further to its Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2003-55 dated 1 October 2003, the Commission announces the following:
  Item 60
  The Commission announced that it has received an application (2003-0911-3) from Standard Radio Inc. to renew the broadcasting licence of radio programming undertaking CICF Vernon and its transmitter CICF-4 FM Armstrong/Enderby, British Columbia.
  Since then, radio station CICF Vernon converted from the AM band to the FM band as approved in Decision CRTC 2001-575, and the licensee ceased the operation of the AM station CICF Vernon.
  Given that CICF is no longer in operation, application 2003-0911-3 is being withdrawn from this public notice.
