  Application by CHUM LIMITED to amend the licence of the English-language specialty television programming undertaking MuchMusic.
  The licensee proposes to amend the following condition of licence, effective 1 March 2004, which reads:
  "broadcast day" means the 24-hour period beginning each day at 12:00 noon.
  by the following condition:
  "broadcast day" means the 24-hour period beginning each day at 6:00 a.m.
  The applicant stated MuchMusic no longer broadcasts an eight-hour wheel of programming and wants to simplify its logging procedures to coincide with the logging procedures of its other specialty music video services.
