Community television station in Québec - Technical change

1.

The Commission approves the application by Télé-Mag inc. to change the authorized contours of the television programming undertaking authorized in New, low-power community television station in Québec, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2003-413, 22 August 2003.

2.

The licensee indicated that the proposed change is due to the fact that the transmitter will be located 1.4 kilometres South-West of the authorized site, the antenna height will be increased from 103.6 metres to 123.2 metres, and the power of the transmitter will be decreased from 38 watts to 26.4 watts.

3.

The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued.
