Deletion of authority for television transmitter CBXAT-13 Jean-Côté

1. The Commission approves the application by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) to amend the broadcasting licence for its television programming undertaking CBXT Edmonton, by deleting the authority for its relay transmitter CBXAT-13 Jean-Côté. CBXAT-13 currently rebroadcasts the programming of CBXT on channel 31.
2. The CBC stated that, following the installation of satellite receiver facilities at CBXAT Grande Prairie and CBXAT-1 Peace River, Alberta, it no longer needs the relay transmitter CBXAT-13.
3. The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.
