| The conditions of licence in the appendix to Talk TV - Licence renewal, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2004-26, 21 January 2004, should include the following condition: | |

9. The licensee shall charge each exhibitor of this service a maximum monthly wholesale rate of $0.07 per subscriber, where the service is carried as part of the basic service. |
