Revocation of licence

1.

Jacques Rondeau, Charles Rondeau, Pierre Rondeau and Thérèse Gravelle, doing business under the name and style of Télécâble Lac-Ste-Marie enr. have requested the revocation of their licence for the cable distribution undertaking authorized to serve Lac-Sainte-Marie, Quebec.

Given the above-mentioned request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Jacques Rondeau, Charles Rondeau, Pierre Rondeau and Thérèse Gravelle, doing business under the name and style of Télécâble Lac-Ste-Marie enr. for this undertaking.
