Subject:   Quality of Service results for Indicators 4.2 and 4.3

The fourth quarter 2003 and the first quarter 2004, Quality of Service reports filed by the Société en commandite Télébec, 13 February 2004 and 14 May 2004 respectively, both indicated:

"** Indicateurs 4.2 et 4.3: Résultats à venir"

Neither the fourth quarter 2003 nor the first quarter 2004 results have, as yet, been provided to the Commission.  

Please provide these results by 23 July 2004 [l1] .
