(Microcell) requesting extensions to the following deadlines for the above-named proceeding:
On 23 July 2004, Commission staff issued a letter to parties inviting comment on Microcell’s request. The following parties supported Microcell’s request to amend the process:
No parties opposed Microcell’s request. Microcell’s request is considered to be reasonable given the public interest in establishing as complete a record as possible for PN 2004-2, subject to the minor modifications to the deadline dates as set out below. Accordingly, the process as set out in PN 2004-2, as amended by paragraph 34 of the Commission’s letter dated 22 April 2004, is further amended as follows:
A determination with respect to requests for further information and for public disclosure will be issued as soon as possible. In addition, parties are advised that any information to be provided pursuant to that determination must be filed with the Commission and served on all parties, will remain, by 15 September 2004.
